ABSC is currently seeking Soccer Trainers, Coaches, and Referees to join our passionate and professional team.

Ideal Applicants Will Demonstrate:

• A love for soccer (and sports in general)
• Experience working with kids and a passion for youth development
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• A professional attitude—you're representing our club!
• Reliable transportation to fields in Berkeley and Albany

Training and Support Provided

We invest in your growth by offering:
• Online Grassroots Coaching Licenses and in-house coaching clinics
• Concussion in Sport and SafeSport certifications
• Referee certification
• First Aid training
• Ongoing soccer training and mentoring

What We Offer

• Flexible hours:
> Weekdays: 4:00 PM–5:30 PM or 5:30 PM–7:00 PM
> Weekends: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive wages, starting at or above Berkeley and Albany living wage, based on experience
• Financial support for professional development opportunities
